Background noise

Dear all
Using Raspberry Pi 3 Model B together with Iquadio DAC+. Whenever I play .flac files, there always background noise (Hiss). The sound is clear when I play .mp3 audios. Going for Hi Res Music is my main objective of the project. Anything I can do?

Problem is solved. I overlooked the manual in IQuadio. Just issues alsamixer and decrease the Digital Volume to lower than the "Red" bar will lessen the background noise.

Update information: Background noise goes away only when HDMI cable is connected! As soon as HDMI cable is pull out, it comes back despite the volume is much smaller than before. Any idea or suggestions is appreciated.

Dear All
I don't know if it is solved or not. I tried to use a powerbank (the one I used to charged my iphone/ipad when I go out) supplying a 5V voltage but 2.1A to the Pi3, noise are all gone. Is it directly related to the power supply?
