[Addon] RuneUI Enhancement

Friday 13th Update

Now we can totally hide top-bottom bars and buttons and use only overlay controls.
Tap top of cover art or time knob to show overlay guides.
The overlay controls can be used with or without the guide.

Hi, I already installed UI enhancement but while I'm using with my iphone then the control bar has been gone like in the picture. It makes me a little difficult in using my music server via my iphone. So anyone knows how to fix it?
Thanks

Tap at the top of cover art for control guide. No need for top bar.
Swipe left / right for Library / Playlist. No need for bottom bar.

20180722 Update

Now Airplay is working properly.

- Artist, title, album and coverart may not show correctly until song changed.
- Elapsed time reset on refresh page (elapsed data not available)
- Duration is not available.
- Play/Stop from remote device reset Airplay/MPD mode
- Select MPD in play source menu while playing Airplay reset back to MPD mode

The song info and time info are better handled with shairport-sync(better for Airplay). It will be available as an addon soon.

Rern, todays update completely jacked me up....nothing works now in the UI for me. In fact half is missing. I have the top buttons and bottom buttons but nothing else, and have no control over the buttons that rendered. The Rune Audio App is now in the same boat (obviously its using the web interface...).

Tried cleaning cache with no luck....soft reboot thru ssh failed, had to physically reboot and still have no UI.

Any thoughts?

- Go to Addons directly by append /addons.php to Rune URL in address bar.
- RuneUI Reset will get everything back to default with Addons menu ready.
- Reinstall RuneUI Enhancement should get you back on track.

1. After the update, it seems that an incorrect "picture"
is shown in the Play window, for ALL music files.
What could be the cause ?

2. I am impressed by all the info that is available
when BIO is selected in the Play window.
I assume it is gathered from different sites on Internet, providing this type of information.
When is the info gathered ? Is it a "one time" operation
(for example at MPD update) or is the info fetched whenever a file is being played ?
...

1. Please describe the incorrect "picture" in more detail.
2. The BIOs are fetched solely from last.fm. It is indicated right before the similar artists section at the bottom of the page. Unlike cover arts and lyrics which fetched once and saved locally, last.fm updates bio data regularly. So it always fetches anew but only if the current artist changed.

Hello rern,

There are a couple of minor problems with the library's alphabetical selection bar.

When albums are displayed in artist order, the sorting process ignores "The" at the start of the name, so "The Beach Boys" is shown with the B's. In my case it is the first "B" in the list.

If I touch "T" in the alphabetical selection bar, it goes to "The Beach Boys", as that is the first "T" in the list of artists. If I touch "B", it goes to the next "B" entry after "The Beach Boys".

Also, the alphabetical selection bar is displayed in sub-folders where it does not function.

Major Update 20180818

Now we have another major update:

- Library
- Improve maintaining scroll position in all pages
  Fix sorting with index T
Fix back button browsing in all pages
- Playback
- Fix drag time/volume show display settings
- Playlist
- Fix drag to arrange order on touch device
Fix maintaining display on page switched
Always scroll current song to the top
- Improve context menus and toggle
- Improve Webradio and saved Playlist dialog box
- Show warning of existing Webradio / saved playlist name
- No need to clear cache or reboot after installed/upgraded
- Major files are replaced instead of patched to allow more efficient and better handling of enhancements.
- It's the time when the enhancement codes left not much to do with these default files:
  - header.php - replaced
    playback.php - replaced
    footer.php - replaced
    runeui.js - replaced by enhance.js
Those who do their own custom modifications and still wish to keep them must reapply their codes to the mention files.

i know but because my kids work with the top and bottom please add the possibility to switch of the settings
with password regards

I think there is a problem in the Playback page. If I play something and use the "replace and play" feature of the Library page, then the old playlist is stuck until I refresh the browser contents. This is particularly annoying because the Library page forgets its actual position and starts with the root again.

Any clue?
