foxint wroteI have (money dictating) copied the flac files (as many as will fit) onto a Samsung SSD and attached this to the Pi3. I could only afford a 250GB (in Raid 01 configuraton - so that dictated 2 SSD's). Sound far better than using the Spinning Disc.
Next I will make up a sigma 11 linear power supply. I have the parts...But lots of other things are taking my resoruces (money and time).

So it sounds better? I read somewhere about people using separate low noise power supplies to power their SSD's and it improving sound quality. Time permitting, please update me on the Sigma 11....
