Hi Andre,
sorry i missed your post.
1. need to enter cache to clear http://myip\dev every other period of time?
Because of what? What is the problem?
2.default-encoding=ISO-8859-1 <-- Non English will be garbled.(>_<;)
Not only English will work, but you are right we should change this to UTF-8.
ISO 8859-1 encodes what it refers to as "Latin alphabet no. 1," consisting of 191 characters from the Latin script. This character-encoding scheme is used throughout the Americas, Western Europe, Oceania, and much of Africa. It is also commonly used in most standard romanizations of East-Asian languages. 6.7% of all web pages use ISO 8859-1 in February 2016.[2]
Each character is encoded as a single eight-bit code value. These code values can be used in almost any data interchange system to communicate in the following European languages (with a few exceptions due to missing characters, as noted):
Modern languages with complete coverage
Afrikaans
Albanian
Basque
Breton

3. Can use 3.5 inches LCD screen MODE PI2B in SPI?
This should work, but i do not think that it will make sense.
The resolution on this small display only is 320px X 240px.
4. this picture. Using the HDMI connection?
This image (RuneAudio version) is made especially for the 7" TFT, but it also works perfect on bigger screens.
The picture you posted here is from an other project. The output (current song, artist, album and cover art)
comes from a python script that i wrote for this project.
5. Can make the LCD screen not show "volume control"? Just like this one on the photo..
and don't stand up
At the moment it is not possible to disable controls on the UI without modifying the code.
6. MPD play a FILE PI WAV will appear on the card dead light... And will not restore
their own, must be forced to re boot to restore,
This is strange and should not happen.
Your memory gets eaten up by something.
