How Disable AUTO mpd.conf?

Postby doors.sl » 16 Jun 2016, 17:03

Does anyone know how to disable the automatic configuration file mpd.conf that occurs every time you restart the Runeaudio?
I want to test other settings on my MPD.conf but every time I restart my Runeaudio it generates a new standard file.

Hi doors.sl,

Does anyone know how to disable the automatic configuration file mpd.conf that occurs every time you restart the Runeaudio?

There is no option / switch to turn this off.
You can try:
- make the file /etc/mpd.conf read only
Code: Select all
chmod 444 /etc/mpd.conf

- modify /srv/http/app/libs/runeaudio.php, so your modifications get inserted with each reboot.

For testing there is an other option:
- do not reboot after modifying your mpd.conf only restart mpd
Code: Select all
systemctl restart mpd
