Want to use USB & Jack outputs

Is there a way to use both outputs (USB/SPDIF & Jack), at the same time with rune audio/rpi 3 ?

I am using the both outputs at the same time like this :

-RPI3 > USB SPDIF > Digital Amp "without subwoofer output"
-RPI3 > Jack > Active Subwoofer

I would like to do this as to examplify the differences in audio quality between my Hifiberry DAC and the normal Rpi output.

Can I do the same for the Hifibarry DAC output?
If so, do you think it has any affect over sound quality of the the DAC? (crosstalk, interferences etc..)

Anyway, first quick attempt showed the jack output is has EXTREME noise (square wave like) when both outputs are active and playing.
