Spotify greyed out in Runeaudio

Hi
I'm new to Rpi set ups and am having difficulty with Spotify in Runeaudio. Basically in settings, where I want to to log in to Spotify the tab for switching it on and off is greyed out. I'm controlling with an IPad third gen tablet. Any help or suggestions are very welcome. Thanks in advance.

Ensure that your device is connected to the internet and that your internet connection is stable. Poor internet connectivity can cause Spotify to be greyed out.

Ensure that your Spotify account is properly set up and logged in on other devices. Sometimes, certain settings or restrictions in your fnf Spotify account can affect the integration with RuneAudio.
