May be I am an idiot!
I cannot copy sh file from window to SD card as window cannot see the ext4.
I have tried to use Ubuntu live and cannot copy with grey out permission.
Any suggestion?

Use Filezilla as SFTP client, connect to your Rpi's IP address and log in with user:root/pass:rune credentials.

Thanks guys@ :D It is working now! If I just run the ./Playback_to_Lineout.sh from the Putty once. Do I have to run it again when I reboot the system?
