RuneAudio on RPi 3 in Headless Mode? (Stream Music off USB)

I was wondering if there was a way to use a RPi 3 in Headless Mode?

I would like to put MP3s on a USB Flashdrive and have them play (in random order) whenever I plug the RPi into the power without any input.

If this is possible, how would I go about using RuneAudio to do this?
