keeps hanging with turnig arrows?help needed

Hi all after having some probs i made a new sd card with rune audio.
On first start i can get in the gui but after when i change anything it keeps hsanging with the turning arrows or reconnecting.
Or it says that there is a software failure.
After that i cant do anything anymore.
How can i solve this cause really wat to keep using it.

- make a new sd card with latest image
- go to the dev page and start a git update as described here.

Well i did that i i am getting this back on the gui

It only works again with an power out and on again.
