Sabrent USB Audio

Have a RPI 2 running latest 0.4 beta with a Sabrent USB audio adapter.
When I goto MPD settings and change to USB Device everything looks fine
but I get no audio out of the USB card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to SSH into Runeaudio, and then try

alsamixer

And then push F6 and choose the USB device. and then try to push M (mute/unmute)
I have a problem with one of my dac´s, and each time I connect it, it automatically mutes. you can see if it is muted in the mixer, the values are then "mm"
I know that it is possible to save the settings by typing amixer and a letter, but can't remember which one. but im sure that Google has the answer

Hi wakeskate,

I was curious to see what a Sabrent USB Audio Adaptor was (just in case you possessed a new form of audio alchemy that we all might be interested in...!).

It appears to convert USB audio output into 3.5mm headphone output.

The RPi does not emit an audible sound from the USB ports. It emits a digital stream of bits that need to be converted to analogue by a DAC. I wouldn't expect to hear anything.
