Pi Zero No soundcards found (solved)

No soundcards on RP zero
This is what i found in this forum and i did all of this:

pacman -Sy --force raspberrypi-firmware-bootloader linux-raspberrypi
sync

cmdline.txt:
root=/dev/mmcblk0p5 rw rootwait console=ttyAMA0,115200 console=tty1 selinux=0 plymouth.enable=0 smsc95xx.turbo_mode=N dwc_otg.lpm_enable=0 kgdboc=ttyAMA0,115200 elevator=noop

config.txt:

cmdline=cmdline.txt
kernel=kernel.img
dtoverlay=hifiberry-dac

I²S kernel modules is loaded --> HiFiBerryDAC

When i connect a $1 usb soudcard, that is detected ok and works ok!

Hi wim-nl,

please try this:
- delete the file /etc/modules-load.d/ras....conf
- delete the file /etc/modprobe.d/snd-soc-pcm512x.conf
- reboot

No, no result. Still no soundcards visible.
I also disabled and enabled again hifiBerry, no result.

BTW : Linux Kernel shows Linux kernel 3.12.26-1 and not Linux version 4.4.32-3-ARCH

Where? On the settings page?
This is normal, because your base image is with that kernel and the entries are hard coded.
Your kernel is 4.4.32-3-ARCh, see debug info.

I2S has to be disabled on the settings page.

Hi Frank,

I've got my Pi Zero working!
I have flashed the old, original 0.3 image, applied all above and it worked out of the box.
Up and playing in 32 seconds !
Down in 15 sec.
