That is the error I get when I run pacman to try and install a package.

error: failed retrieving file 'lynx-2.8.8-1-armv7h.pkg.tar.xz' from co.us.mirror.archlinuxarm.org : The requested URL returned error: 404

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? I check the site and the package is there.

That is just an example. I was really trying to install Xserver, but I am getting the same error message.

So i would try:

pacman -Sy xorg-server

And no i do not ask why you would like to install xserver!
BTW: xorg-server is allready installed on RP2/3 and ODROID images.
