rpi2 with iQaudIO PI-DAC+, no audio

Hi,

I've just installed version 0.4-beta_20160321 on a SD card (actually, the one provided by IQAUDIO that has the config.txt file already configured) and software-wise it works, but there's no sound.

The mtc outputs says

Output 1 (IQaudIODAC) is enabled
Output 2 (bcm2835 ALSA_2) is disabled
Output 3 (bcm2835 ALSA_1) is disabled

which AFAIK is ok.

I've tested radio mp3 and mp3 files, and it doesn't work. What could I try?

Does it need the unmute command, as with 0.3?

Based on your comment, I've followed this post

But when I check if the script has worked, it is not clear. An "export" file is created but if I try to nano or cat it I get a Permission Denied (but I am root). And the other two, when I ls the directory they don't seem to be there.

How can I do this?

UPDATE: Just hold on, I've now realized I'm using the 5v power source, and I should be using a 15-19v power source. I'll post here if that solves the problem or not (can't try it right now).

No no, I´ve messed it, the DAC plus doesn´t need any specific power source, it is powered by the rpi itself. Then the problem persists, I cannot get any audio

Ok, at the end I've had to run alsamixer (ssh) and there, select the IQAUDIO card and increase the volume, then sound has appeared
