Zoom In and Out Terminal commands ?

Hi.

I'm using a Raspberry Pi 3B, 3.x inch TFT LCD with Runeaudio v0.3-beta (23/03/2016).

I want to make Zoom In and Out function using two physical buttons or IR remote in Runeaudio.

I have found some information about keyboard shortcuts and zoom factor, xdotool.

- Keyboard Shortcuts

Zoom in ( aka Ctrl + + )
Zoom out ( aka Ctrl + - )
Normal size ( aka Ctrl + 0 )

- Zoom factor

edit "/root/.config/midori/config"
zoom-level=0.7

- xdotool

xdotool key Ctrl+plus
xdotool key Ctrl+minus
xdotool key Ctrl+0

But I dont know terminal commands of Zoom in and Out.

Is there anyone who knows how to Zoom In and Out using terminal commands, shell, python, etc?
I would like to develop two physical buttons or IR remote.

Yes, you are that man.

export DISPLAY=:0; xdotool key Ctrl+plus

Can be used in console, python and all other languages. DISPLAY has to be adapted to your needs.

I did a short test on my ODROID C2 with VU7+ and lirc.
I mapped the xdotool to the + and - keys on my remote and it works as expected.

  begin
     prog = irexec
     button = KEY_VOLUMEUP
     config = export DISPLAY=:0; xdotool key Ctrl+plus
  end

  begin
     prog = irexec
     button = KEY_VOLUMEDOWN
     config = export DISPLAY=:0; xdotool key Ctrl+minus
  end

First, I used these commands at "/etc/conf.d/lircrc" for IR Remote.

export DISPLAY=:0; xdotool key Ctrl+plus
export DISPLAY=:0; xdotool key Ctrl+minus

Next, I'm going to make zoom in and out buttons.

Thanks for this post man....thanks to you i,ve made permanent zoot out at to fit in 3.5 screen by changing /root/.config/midori/config factor zoom=0.7 to 0.5 and now its super....no more after boot zoom out!!
