Album art in play tab

Is it documented anywhere how Rune looks for the album art to display on playback? I have files that playback with correct art on other software, but don't display anything on Rune. If I know what it's looking for then I can fix it.

The album art stuff is done by Rune in the file

/srv/http/app/coverart_ctl.php

It looks for cover images in this order
1. embedded
2. folder.jpg / cover.jpg / folder.png / cover.png
3. lastFM online lookup
4. no cover
