your having "trouble", so you can access the Pi3 via WiFi or you can't? I ask because you first say, you are having "

"I have the Pi and RuneAudio working properly over WiFi..." So I'm a bit confused (as usual). And then you say,
"I need the Ethernet connected in order to access the interface on my devices." Which "devices"? I don't want to play "20 questions", I'm just too tired to type them up right now... so could you give me (us) a little more information (that is relevant to the problem at hand)?
I've got Pi3, Hifiberry card, and "devices". How about... web broswer? PC? Mac? iPhone? WiFi dongle? etc?
