Hi Frank,
thanks for your reply, interesting project yours.
I bought that HDMI LCD to avoid getting "mad" at recompiling kernel and so on...it has got an HDMI input that works with every HDMI output (even with my Windows 7 laptop).
Actually I'm using a PI2 (the one with Rapsbian) since it's powerful enough to let a browser run in a decent way, and faster to boot than a B+.
The B+ is used as "server" with RuneAudio.
Yes it does, but not configureable via UI.
More on this later when i'm home.
When I tried to configure the WiFi adapter, I've made the configuration via UI and it connected to the network....the issues that I experienced with both adapters active were:
- took longer time to open the UI from the PI2 (Raspbian+browser fullscreen) if compared with only 1 network adapter active (only eth0)
- when I disconnected the WiFi, the UI didn't connected anymore from the PI2, maybe the RunAudio webserver was listening connection on wlan0?
- I had to reinstall the RuneAudio image because it didn't work anymore.
Probably it's just a matter of configuration of the network adapters (I'm not so experienced with Linux), I would like to use the WiFi just as a gateway for webradios (the router is my smartphone).
Well...I'm waiting for further info from you on this subject.
Thank you, regards.
Roberto
