Is it possible to issue a mpc command to only update local storage? Or any storage location at will or is it all or nothing?

Hi bevlar,

from the mpc manual:

update [--wait] [<path>]
    Scans music directory for updates if no <path> is specified. If one or more <path>'s are specified, scans only those path's for updates. Can take input from a pipe.

mpc update LocalStorage
