Since my Yamaha receiver is limited to PCM only 24-bit/192kHz, I decided to start buying a cheap DAC that supports DSD/DXD formats and that supports higher resolution to 32/384. So I found this USB DAC on amazon for an amazing price to start,

This worked right out of the box. I plugged it first and turned on the Serenade DSD dac then powered on the CT. I choose the Serenade DSD on the audio output.
I was able to play PCM audio files with resolutions up to 24/352 (since I dont files yet with 32/384) in FLAC and AIFF formats.
Now DSD formats is another story. With the DSD support disabled on the MPD settings, the CT could play DSD files with no problem (is this via DoP?) But when I enable native DSD support, the DSD files appears to play but there is no sound output.
Do I need additional configuration on the mpd.conf in order to support native DSD?
