Has anyone tried the Banana Pi?

It's got a 1 GHz Allwinner A20 dual-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor, 1GB RAM, gigabit ethernet and even an IR receiver.

It doesn't support I2S from what I understand, but perhaps it could improve things with USB DACs.

Hello Skrodahl...

It has received some attention before.

Definitely an interesting item!, but for rune the raspberry connected to an i2s device seems more than adequate.

I was thinking more in the league of a mediacentre application or a low power server/nas, because it has sata and gigabit ethernet.
