Auto tweet playing track

Like you have already implemented with Last.fm, but with Twitter ?

I know there is the manual 'Share this track' button on the Playback page.
Would it be possible to have this run automatically maybe after 30 - 60 seconds of the track being started ? So as not to spam, and upset the Twitter police, when skipping a track.

I think it's simplier to use an external dedicated service which relies on the Last.fm scrobbler, for example this one:
