What’s the difference with RuneAudio ?

Postby hegmannkris » 22 Sep 2020, 03:30

Hi,
I just received a new Raspberry Pi on which I was planning on installing Raspyfi, but realized it had forked in two projects (Volumio and RuneAudio).
Could you tell me what are the differences between these two projects so I can know which one fits best my needs?
I mean, if TsunAmp never saw the light is probably because some developers wanted to bring it to different directions, which I suppose each respective project now followed. So, if it’s easier than saying what are all the differences between the two, what are those two directions each project followed?

BTW, I asked the same question on RuneAudio forum but did not receive a clear answer about my sonnerie

Thank you for your answer and for this project.

Second post from the top of where you posted your question. Sometimes a little bit of reading is best, before asking someone else to do the work.

Each project will have a different direction, you will not be able to guide them together, I will also have a project about music. Haha, that's great isn't it.
