Oh man, what a bummer. I switched to rAudio a few monthe ago. NAS directory showed up again, great. A few months later and new files would not update. Ok, maybe I missed something. Manually updated the MPD and still not showing. Today my whole NAS is gone. Reboot = same thing. Streaming radio is still working, similar problems to RuneAudio before switching.

Remounted NAS under System/Storage and got it back. Still not sure why some of my newly added FLACs to the NAS are not updating in the MPD library?

I'm sure it must be frustrating to experience such problems, if you find a solution, please write here.

Will do. I'm trying to rebuild the MPD database again. Maybe 40,000+ files is the breaking point?

So, for whatever reason / issue the show in question took me cutting it from the NAS back to my local HD and then back again. I renamed the subdirectory and stripped the mp3tags first, but it took a move to get it to update. Weird. I'll offer a new CD purchase & rip showed up with no problem, so I hammered down on the other show as the issue.

Nope. I got 177k flac files...

Fair enough. Thanks for the input. I suspect that my old Pi 2B might not be helping the situation. The missing folders are now showing after the latest rebuild.
