wireless does not connect to network after reboot

running

raudio 1 • 20210328
5.10.20-1-arch armv7l
raspberry pi 3 model b rev 1.2

I had to rebuild a box and this was working fine before I $%%^&^#$*'d up the config. I have set up things, wireless network set to on, connected and reboot. at that point I see the wireless on in system but does not connect. I have to manually keep connecting which means I need to have it on a wired network. is something going on that needs to be changed so the box connects to the network at boot?

Having huge WIFI issues in 20210330.
Started with a clean install and the hotspot was not present.
Connected via a wired connection and discovered that WiFi is not even active at all.
Activated WiFi and was able to connect to the WiFi IP address.
Restarted and the WiFi had turned itself off.
Switched to an SD card that still has 20210328 and WiFi is working again.

Going to stick with 20210328 for now.

Not sure if this is related, but the config.txt file in 20210330 now contains gobbledygook:

"t@3/__overlay__/can0_osc  " /fragment@4/__overlay__/mcp2515@0  __fixups__  *  /fragment@0:target:0 /fragment@4:target:0   /fragment@1:target:0"

20210328 look more like this:

"gpu_mem=32
initramfs initramfs-linux.img followkernel
max_usb_current=1
disable_splash=1
disable_overscan=1
dtparam=audio=off
dtparam=i2s=on
dtoverlay=allo-digione
dtparam=krnbt=on"

Just has it fixed and uploaded.
Rebooted multiple times with Wi-Fi successfully connected.
Download and try again.

Nope. As of 20210403 the WiFi is still broken.

Connecting to the hotspot gives me an autoconfig(169) IP address.

Tried to set up using a wired connected, but the WiFi still commits suicide after a reboot.

Bummer.

I re-imaged and updated to 20210403 today and I'm not having this problem. I followed my usual practice of adding a WiFi file with my router settings to the boot directory.

I followed the previously working process of connecting to the hotspot to set up a connection to my network.

The raudio hotspot shows up on my devices but I can't connect after I select it. Times out on me.

I am having the same issue with my pi4, but I cannot connect to my network at all. I have installed the latest image - 20210716 multiple times and copied a new wifi file into the boot directory, but I cannot connect to my pi4 running rune audio. I have tried every combination I can think of, reinstalled multiple times, and tried both dynamic and static IP addresses. The first time I installed raudio, it worked fine, but when I tried it on a different SD card and then again on my original SD card, I couldn't get it to work. Any ideas on what I can try next? It looks like there are some updated versions of some of the files on github, but I can't find instructions on how to install an updated version of the files for raudio. Thanks for your help.
