Using Transmission on RuneAudio+R e6

I'm relatively new to RuneAudio but so far I've gotten everything to work like I want.
I saw an option in the Addons to install Transmission and tried it.
So now I have transmission installed but can't figure out how to use it. When I click on Transmission in the menu, it opens a 403 error page.
I tried accessing Transmission from a remote client with the same results.
I've looked for some sort of support/documentation/tutorial on this but came up empty.
Does anybody have any useful information for me on this?
