Wifi access point capability

One feature I would love to see is Wifi access point capability for automotive applications. I understand that the project is currently working on wifi. But it would be great to be able to install this with a dac, and an external ssd in my car. Airplay capability plus rune audio in a car would be awesome. I understand the edimax ew-7811un can create an AP with raspberry pi.
