Hi all,

My 2 cents :)

I experience no problem with DSD (.dsf) with my Odroid C1+ RuneAudio (original buid or latest build), same with volumio, but I need to compile a special MPD package with Archphile.

The only problem I have is pops and clicks with Runeaudio (FLAC 24/192), no problem at all with Volumio 1.55.1 and some problems with Archphile.

I suppose the differences between the software solutions depend on what kernel and/or what MPD versions they are based on (event if Rune/Archphile are based on Archlinux and Volumio on Raspbian/debian)

That may be the reason.

My only problem is, that i do not own all these USB DACs out there.
As i made the image i only tested it with the ODROID HiFi shield and two very cheap USB DACs.
With the HiFi shield i can play up to 32/384 without any problems.

Hi frank,

If I had the money, I would offer you an Audio-gd NFB1 to easily test your image ;)

Hi Frank,
I don't wanna compare Odroid and the Pi. This was just a reply, to answer the question what I'm expecting from a new image and I do know the Pi much better whereas I'm just starting with Odroid Boards :D
Best regards

Hi fish,

a few new components (HiFi shield plus, VU7 plus) from hardkernel are on its way.
I like to wait with a new image until i have them on my workbench.

Hi Frank,

In case of C2, I can edit zoom parameter of /home/root/.config/midori/config to change display zoom.
Is it works for C1+ image?

Hi smallfat,

.... I can edit zoom parameter .....
Is it works for C1+ image?

The C1 image doesn't support the local browser feature yet, so no it isn't.
