Anyone know a good case that will fit raspberry pi and iqaudio dac+, I'm willing to desoldering the RCA.

Love this one but it's not the + and the dac is smaller.

Any ideeas?

I've moved this into the more appropriate "DIY and tweaks" forum.

Some people are using this case. http://m.ebay.com/itm/221592785950?nav=SEARCH
Its just big enough to fit the pi and a power supply inside. Its not " plug and play" though, you will need to drill/cut holes for the usb ports etc.
Dunno if thats the sort of thing that you are looking for but there you go.

Looks like that model B case is from Emko, they also do a B+ case that looks like this:

It would be worth checking how much room is above the Pi board to see if the DAC will fit, as it looks pretty compact!

Thanks looks nice but unfortunately I don't own any CNC or know someone two cut out the connectors for rasbpi. I think I want something precut for the mainboard but I can drill two holes for the RCA-connectors.

Yep, that's the thing I'm worried about they say 31mm heigh, don't know if you will fit even if you have chassi RCA?

I like the look of that Emko case. Does anyone know of any UK resellers? It seems a bit crazy to pay \euro23 for shipping directly from Emko when the case only costs \euro12.

Thanks jonas, I'll look into it. (I've noticed a bit of hum in my system recently and I figure perhaps a grounded metal box might be better than the plastic one I have now...) If I get it I'll post some pictures.

Since the original Pi-DAC+ case from IQaudIO is a little too clunky from my point of view, I fiddled around with the Pibow from Pimorony. With a little tweaking the Pi-DAC+ fits very good (after cutting the mounting hole on the RCA jack):

Since the Pibow case is a little limited in height, two identical cases were combined (Pibow Ninja).

Edit: sorry, didn't realize that you are looking for a metal case.
