USB DAC (line out + optical input)

I have a RPI3 and I would like to install rune (this I know how to do
But could you advise me on the USB DAC that could make that sound great.
I need 24bit/96kHz (I have high-res flac files) and it should also handle optical input (either standalone or using the RPI to control it).
Also I'd need volume control from the PI (and on the DAC if it has standalone optical input).
Do you know such a beast around 100€?
