Hi Andy,

I deleted all my coverarts. Then I generated exactly one new thumbnail.

I'm getting some strange behavior with Snapcast in the latest update. The client connects but only for about 2 seconds, then disconnects. The server gives me this:

Code: Select all
Jul 29 12:54:50 runeaudio snapserver[393]: 2020-07-29 12-54-50 [Notice] (handleAccept) StreamServer::NewConnection: 192.168.0.17
Jul 29 12:54:50 runeaudio snapserver[393]: 2020-07-29 12-54-50 [Info] (onMessageReceived) Hello from b8:27:eb:91:ad:73, host: runeaudio, v0.20.0, ClientName: Snapclient, OS: Arch Linux ARM, Arch: armv7l, Protocol version: 2
Jul 29 12:54:52 runeaudio snapserver[393]: 2020-07-29 12-54-52 [Error] (StreamSession) Error reading message header of length 0: End of file
Jul 29 12:54:52 runeaudio snapserver[393]: 2020-07-29 12-54-52 [Info] (onDisconnect) onDisconnect: b8:27:eb:91:ad:73

I've re-flashed the client card so it's at default. The error remains. I rebooted the server to no avail.

Both client and server are RPi3B+ Rev 1.3, running RuneAudio+R e4 20200728.

I thought it might be that the client just doesn't like Black Sabbath, but I've educated it with serious threats now so I know it's not that :D

Hi,

Last Update completely broke browser by folder for me, had to remove the mountpoint and rebuild the database. It's working again but now on some folders the tracks are not sorted correctly, an issue I already had after an update on e3

I'm starting to wonder what's causing all this problems with updates, maybe it's the update mechanism itself?

I don't have any problems with thumbnails for example...

Regards,

The problem with thumnails in the coverart view is still present.
...
An Observation:
If the thumbnails are invisible in the coverart view, I select an album as a new playlist and the thumbnails are back again. Clearing the playlist and refreshing the browser window (F5) and the thumbnails vanish. Tested with Firefox and Chrome.

The bug was found and fixed. Update soon.

After latest update I've noticed that on the volume "wheel" if you make a change up or down of less than 10 it makes no change to the volume. Once you select a bigger than 10 change it adjusts the volume to the correct value.

Using a pi 3b+ with Allo Boss DAC

Thanks,

Andreas

@rern

After updating, I have no Webradio stations. I tried importing with the addon, but still nothing. When I click on the library icon, I just get the Add Webradio form.

Edit: MPD scan does not complete either.

Lost my Web Radios and when I click on my Hard Drive, instead of my folders/files coming up I get the Sources page, which shows I am mounted....
