Can you see the coverart and artist info in RuneAudio? If yes, can please share your settings. I would love to have this info displayed on my TV. Thanks in advance.

Open the main menu (top right cogwheel) section "Playback display".
Here are my settings:

My Playback pane:

Press te Bio button and you see this:

Hope this helps.

With same setting I get the webradio image (VU-meter), only song title and a very long URL. What could be the difference?

Oh, I misunderstood you.
My screenshots were from the native GUI mode, when you use RuneAudio as a controller in the "normal" way.
In DLNA render mode you only see what you describe, a VU and a long stream URL.

This was actually my "complaint", that the coverart and bio was accessible in DLNA mode in the older version, but not anymore in e2/e3.
It would be nice to have this back.

Dear Rune,

I have been running the e3 for a few hours now, and suddenly I cannot access the MPD settings anymore.
The screen slowly blinks the "Rune Audio" logo and never stops.
How can I troubleshoot this?

First it took quite a long time to enable. Now I can connect from my iPhone or MacBook, but I get no sound, I see the artwork of what's playing in the Rune interface, but no audio output.

Any ideas?

Get the latest update from Settings > Addons. Then reboot.
If it's still no go, click and post contents of Settings > MPD > Devices and Mixers

And then there was sound.... Airplay working now. Thanks.

Hi,
Does anyone use an LCD / OLED display with PydPiper ?
In my setup after the installation of docker, I have momentary interruptions in the music every time that I open or change menu in the UI.

This happen with Pc browser and android app as well.

The only difference that I can see from the previous version is the usage of systemd.network instead of netctl.
Any thoughts or ideas to test in order to solving it ?

Regards

I guess you experienced an issue in the URL-handling.

The URL of the system-menu is "http://runeaudio.local/index-settings.php?p=system". If you branch e.g. in the system menu to the MPD-Menu the URL should be "http://runeaudio.local/index-settings.php?p=mpd", but it does "http://runeaudio.local/index-settings.php?p=undefined" which is producing the effect you describe. Sometimes you even see "http://runeaudio.local/index-settings.php?p="

Until this issue will be resolved, correct the URL in your browser. Besides "...?p=system" and "...?p=mpd" the two other URLs are "...?p=network" and "...?p=sources".

To whom it may concern!
It seems that the music interruptions happen when I install docker in combination with setting up a static IP.
If I use my router to setup a static IP, everything seems to work fine (*), except the network UI menu.
The second internally IP of the docker makes it looks like this:

But it is ok, doesn’t interfere with the music performance.

Rern, great improvement!

Thanks again

Tests are made with minimum files in library. If I have problems with the full library I should reported them back.
