klassikmann wrote:Issue regarding coverarts

Last time I generated coverarts from scratch I found several entries in
Code: Select all
/srv/http/data/tmp/list-longnames.log

All entries reflect to directories excluded in MPD through a .mpdignore file.

I think coverart generation should respect the .mpdignore settings.

Done.

I'm using RuneAudio+R_e1.2 image on a Rpi 3. My USB drive is also formatted to ext4 as required, and my music is stored on the same drive.

It's a bug. To be fixed with next update.
In the mean time:
Code: Select all
sed -i 's/echo 1 /echo 1 > /' /srv/http/assets/js/network.js

Hello,

I'm using: rpi3b
IqAudio+ dac
RuneAudio+R e1
usb Stick formatted in EXT4
seperate powered usb ssd drive

Having used RE1 For about a week, I'm quite impressed, very stable, for me.

However, in the Addons menu when I click the update button, I get this:

Install new files ...

/srv/http/addons.php
/srv/http/addonsbash.php
/srv/http/addonsupdate.sh
/srv/http/assets/css/desktop.css
/srv/http/assets/css/indexsettings.css
/srv/http/assets/css/info.css
/srv/http/assets/css/main.css
/srv/http/assets/css/selectric.css
/srv/http/assets/js/context.js
/srv/http/assets/js/function.js
/srv/http/assets/js/lyrics.js
/srv/http/assets/js/main.js
/srv/http/assets/js/mpd.js
/srv/http/assets/js/network.js
/srv/http/assets/js/sources.js
/srv/http/assets/js/system.js
/srv/http/assets/js/vendor/jquery.selectric.min.js
/srv/http/commands.php
/srv/http/getcover.sh
/srv/http/index.php
/srv/http/indexbody.php
/srv/http/indexsettings.php
/srv/http/lyrics.php
/srv/http/lyricssave.php
/srv/http/settings/credits.php
/srv/http/settings/mpd.php
/srv/http/settings/network.php
/srv/http/settings/sources.php
/srv/http/settings/sourcesmount.sh
/srv/http/settings/system.php
/srv/http/settings/systemdata.sh

./install.sh: line 91: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `"'

./install.sh: line 92: syntax error: unexpected end of file

And don't know if it is related to not being able to update, I can no longer map to the RPI3B usb drive in Win 10.

RuneAudio Shows in Media Streaming Options.

Do I need to install/Alter somthing to get the rpi3b to show up?

Keep up the great work :)

@rern - not sure if I saw this posted previously....if you load up a playlist into the queue, and add/subtract files and try to save it as the same name, you get the message that a Playlist with that name exists already instead of being asked if you want to overwrite, so you need to save it as a new name, delete the old playlist and rename the new one to what you want. Maybe not such a "bug" but a small hassle, although it does prevent you from overwriting by accident.

Second, is there a way to update the Coverart?? I cant seem to figure it out... :)
I added more, but they arent showing up.

TIA

Sorry.
It's an updated version of file that I uploaded to the wrong place. Now it's fixed.
The network share mapping should be back as well.

By the way, the upcoming Build "RuneOS" - RuneAudio system from scratch will need no extra USB drive if you've already got one in other formats than ext4. More than that, RuneAudio+R e2 will run on the USB drive itself. Resizing the drive to accommodate a new partition of 4GB has to be arranged though. The 1st partition, 100MB, of micro SD card is still needed for booting. Actually, RPis with the boot bit set can boot without it but it's somewhat slow with my thumb drive.

Existing playlist editing:
- Tap a playlist to view the content
- Tap to show context menu > Delete
- Drag to rearrange - There's a bug. Fix with:
Code: Select all
sed -i "/getElementById( 'pl-editor' )/ s/sortableplaylist/sortablesavedplaylist/" /srv/http/assets/js/main.js

Coverart updating:
- Tap folder icon to show context menu > Update thumbnails

Ok, the below works as you write for Playlists containing files but doesnt seem to work that way for Web Radio. I do not get a Context menu, just nothing

For Cover art, I am not sure I follow....Since my NAS via nfs doesnt show up in the UI, I cannot get to any folders (NAS works just cant see it in the UI).
Also, I added like over 400 or something new covers so a more batch like mode would be useful unless I would be able to do it from a parent directory...

Thank you AGAIN!

Webradio context menu - There's a bug in saved playlist page. To be fixed in next update.

Coverart update
- Batch update - Folder icons in Library
- Single edit - Long-press it in Playback, CoverArt or Album view.

Hi rern,
i've installed the last version of Re1
first i had some problems because i didn't see the need of an extra ext4 partition

i have not tried everything but I find it very nice ,
one thing missing for me is the screensaver for local browser
on 0.5 there was an option to switch off the screen (in the power menu)
is there a way to switch off the screen?

Thanks
aldebert
