I'm not sure why I'm having issues imaging

I used winrar to extract and I've tried with win32diskimager and winrar. Brand new 16g sdram cards. I know I have a raspberry 3 b model. I so far have gotten rasparian and pimusicbox, but I cannot get this program and I really think this is what I need. So far I tried the current raspberry 3 version and the version with E3.

Please help me understand what I'm doing wrong!?

I'm not sure why didn't you ask in the main thread instead of starting a new one.
Have you tried download the image file again?

Right yes, thanks for replying. I've tried different versions of the file like I said. and yes I have re-downloaded each one multiple times.
