Please find below picture of our new baby. The Pi-DAC+.

Full details to follow but notable points are:
- No more soldering
- Full HAT compliant including EEPROM support and optional cut outs for camera and future Raspberry Pi Display
- Burr Brown derived TI PCM5122 DAC
- Full HD Audio playback
- Built in Hardware volume control
- High quality headphone amp allowing all in one listening solution for home / office
- Additional full 40way B+ IO header allowing additional devices to be supported

Wow, very nice....wish I'd waited before buying the PiDAC now!

Any news on the PiAmp?

The B+ board has had our recent focus, the AMP we have running and it sounds really nice but was targeted at the "old Pi". The Pi B+ gives us a few interesting options so we're spending some time revisiting our strategy with the AMP here. There will be an amplifier but it may become either more generic or more B+ focused.

I have the very same problem, but I found a solution... I will buy a new Pi B+ and a new Pi-Dac+! :D :D :D
