How can I add a dynamic web radio URL?

The true (and working in Runeaudio) URL of a particular web radio is hidden behind a pseudo-playlist that changes its content dynamically.
For example, right now "http://mp3-live.swr3.de/swr3_m.m3u" contains this:

How can I add such a stream to Runeaudio? If I use the "true" URL then I have to change it very soon, because its address will have changed.

There is also a "pls" version, but this does not work either.
