HifiBerry has just posted a preview of the new board for Raspberry Pi B+:

On a side note, if you were expecting better on-board audio from the new B+, you will be disappointed. The guys behind HifiBerry have done some measurements:

Nummers! Pretty photo. I just picked up a Pi B+ and this corresponding HiFiBerry DAC+. Somewhat different PCB layout than what is pictured; as I understand, this was a proto. The retail version is a very clean, very pretty build, and the hardware install is just as easy as you would hope. Press it together, no soldering. I am not finding RuneAudio software support as of 0.3 alpha (fair is fair; this is a pretty new board) so it will have to sit to the side for now. If you should pick this pair up, leave the DAC+ off until the software catches up; the onboard Pi B+ headphone jack won't work with the HiFiBerry installed. Or by the time you've read this, there might already be an update.....

I am finding that the native headphone jack on the B+ provides reasonable output, nothing stellar, but no pops or hissing. It pairs just fine with my tube amp for casual listening. I am certainly enjoying it until the DAC+ gets support, and curious what strides the DAC+ will make on the platform for serious listening.

Look at the HiFiBerry Digi for that.
