hide hidden files in share - possible?

Is it possible to hide some files from the file list on a network share? I have a SMB and AFP share, so all of my folders have a ".AppleDouble" subfolder which is really annoying to see all the time. A setting to keep hidden files and folders hidden would be cool.

Seems like it will do it, thanks. I'd open a pull request, but my PHP is crap after all these years but it seems like having an array with the unwanted files and checking for inclusion in it would be best, instead of adding conditions for each individually (right?)

One thing: will this make it impossible to do git pulls?

Yes, an array would be the best, and modding it will block you at next git update.
