Genre Issue

Postby Hwrd69 » 18 Apr 2020, 16:54

Using the UI, I was building various playlists based on genres that I've tagged onto my music. So far there have been few issues; I've been able to either build the playlists or have had minor issues that I've been able to resolve. I am having one issue that I can't seem to figure out what is going on or how get around it.

I get to the genre labeled "Country", and when I select to start building the album/artist list so I can make my playlist it just sits there and flashes the RuneAudio logo like it's working on it, but never finishes. I have genres that have multiple times the number of albums/tracks in it and they complete their lists in just a few seconds. I let this one run for 15 minutes and it never completed.

Now that I have described the issue, any suggestions on what I need to look for? I don't know if it is a tagging issue or some other component that I am overlooking. But it makes no sense that the other genres do not have this problem when I pull them up.
Thanks for any responses and assistance.

Youi might want to compare those troubled music files with the easy going with https://www.mp3tag.de/en/download.html There are numerous spaces in a file to fill in a tag, and the right tag should be in the right place with all files.
