download from Source Forge corrupted?

I have downloaded the Pi version multiple times on two different Opensuse boxes. Imagewriter nor Brasero will recognize the .img file from the downloaded compressed file. Corrupted at Source Forge?

Both machines are recognizing iso files and volumio's .img file just fine.

Curiousity, why is there not an ISO?

Hi tkintenn, I can confirm you that the download works fine, I just tested it personally.
Please take a look at the docs on how to use the downloaded file.

I copied the same img file to a Windows machine and it burned to a SD.

Tried an Ubuntu live CD and it didn't recognize it either.
