Hi cassius36,

What is the problem ?

The problem is, that you didn't read the whole thread.

Dear all
I just managed to switch to the nightly build and I got my beloved webradios back (I had to reinstall after a SD card corruption).
Thanks for the nice job done !

Running a new set-up: pi + IQAudio DAC and Rune Audio v0.3 Beta.
Love Rune running my CD collection (ripped to FLAC).
But I have the same issue as the OP, namely that Dirble shows (null) on the Sources page and clicking on it just gives me the spinning circle.
As a non-techy newby, what do I need to do?

Hi Halfabee,

you have to update your system to our nightly builds.
To do this, you have to learn how to get access to the console.

- Get access to the console::
There are two ways to get access to the console:
1.) plug in a monitor and a keyboard
2.) use SSH from your PC
If you are not familiar with SSH read this for Windows or this for Linux/MacOS
The default login for RuneAudio is "root" with the password "rune" (without quotes).

@all:
This update is necessary because dirble has changed its API.
Dirble also has removed the function to retrieve the amount of stations, this is the reason why dirble shows 0.

Hi Hall,

jamendo should work without this updates.

I will check this as soon as possible.
What device and image do you use?

Hi Frank

When I click on Jamendo to add and play it just plays the next track on my play list.

How do I add the log file? its too large to paste in the thread. Or would that be ok?

Many thanks and Merry Christmas

Hi Hall,

i can reproduce this issue and i have found the reason why this happens.

Dec 25 11:20:10 runeaudio mpd[389]: curl: curl failed: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired
Dec 25 11:20:10 runeaudio mpd[389]: player: played "https://streaming.jamendo.com/JamJazz"

So it is a problem with the certifacates.
I'm working on this, but i have no solution for it at the moment.

Merry Christmas

Hi All,

I also had trouble with Dirble and indeed, by ssh'ing into RuneAudio and updating it to the nightly build solved it (at least browsing and playing works). But...now the sound had gotten horrible. With the standards left in place my Pi now sounds like it is playing through a self made paper horn. Fiddling around with various i2s settings do not give me a normal sound.
I installed the latest image and updated it via dev so my sound is now normal again but as expected Dirble is not working.

Anyone that has the same issue with a Pi B (not the B+)?

Is it possible to just get the Dirble routines in place without the rest of the nightly build?

Regards,

BootZ
