you should state what version of Rune you are using.

I know I've used this DAC with e6, e5 and possibly others.

I think you need to use the hifiberry dac Pro+ drivers for .3 and .4. e5 and e6 you can select the dac in the system settings.

The PiFi DAC+ uses the HiFiBerry DAC+, not the "hifiberry dac Pro+".

This is the image i have downloaded :

RuneAudio_rpi2_rp3_0.4-beta_20160321_2GB.img.gz

so means that i have to remove the comment in the file config.txt related to the HIFIBerry DAC+ ?
nothing other ? (for me is already a lot !!!!! ...find the file ... remember how to use sudo nano !!!! and find the right line in the file !!!! )

Thanks guys for the support , this evening i will try doing my best .

Can you publish the link of the OP .
ANyway considering that excluding the output audio analog , all was functioning .
At the end installing this version have i to modify the config.txt to have the PIFI in function or not ?
Is it necessary to modify others configuration files connected to the objective to have the analog output in function ?
