Cant turn on DEV - runeaudio.local/dev not found

Hi,

I cannot turn on the developer settings when going to runeaudio.local/dev or its local IP address: 192.168.1.4/dev

Am I doing something wrong - how can I turn on DEV mode?

Using Raspberry Pi Model B
Latest version of RuneAudio (0.2beta)

the latest version of RuneAudio is the 0.3-alpha:

Please install it and report your feedbacks, we reviewed the DEV mode and the debug info sections.
