Possible: bad SD card, corrupt file on the card, bad physical SD card connector on R-Pi, severely inadequate power supply (usually the case).

Stuck on the Rainbow Screen:

PS: More information about the hardware, like: power supply volts and amps please..... and, you are writing the image to the microsd card? Not "usb" card.... what program are you using to write the image to the microsd card?

Regards,

Rastus.

The image which you are trying to use will not work on the Pi 3B+. See this post for an image which works: runeaudio-0-5-beta-for-all-raspberry-pi-models-t6532.html#p25819
