Hello, I have a question about the hardware?

I have a Raspberry 3 + Allo Isolator + Boss Dac.
Now I'm going to upgrade to Allo Isolator + Allo Kali Reclocker + AKM AK4495EQ.

Question: Do I have to set something special in RunaAudio? and does the hardware fit together?
