Thanks for this, which has just the changes I was looking for. Perhaps a little more space around the buttons?

As someone more interested in audio than in Linux, I found copying the files in the zip folder to the right place rather complicated. I am sure there is an easier way to do it than using PCManFM to copy each file across, though.

That said, it seems to be working and I am looking forward to the volume control enhancements. Just up/down outputs to suit a motorised potentiometer would be ideal for me, but I am not sure whether that is what you have in mind.

Sorry rern, I just re-read your post about GPIO function and realise that it refers to power switching, not volume control.

Having had problems installing the enhancements on my Rune system (noted above) I started again with a clean 0.4 Rune installation from the newest download. Having set that up and trying to install the enhancements I get an error:

./install.sh: /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Looking at install.sh, as I get no 'Install ....' message, I'm guessing it's referring to either the uninstall.sh or RuneUI_enhancements.tar being unavailable.

I'm a Linux newcomer so your help appreciated.

I went through the install.sh file commands manually and have successfully installed the enhancements. The line that gave the error was

rm /root/install.sh - No such file or directory.

Now enjoying the enhancements. Thank you!

Sure, there is. Now it's just 1 single copy-paste into SSH terminal.

Thank you for your feedback.
The error was fixed.
(/bin/bash^M: bad interpreter was caused by crlf line ending getting into the script by some of either my copy-paste things or lf/crlf issue on Git.)

Looking forward to any comments on using it. Both positive and negative are welcome.
