As requested, I did some more investigation.
- After powered down and up the amplifier/DAC, the system is "dysfunctional" as before.
- Both MPD and rune_SY_wrk are "up and running" asscording to systemctl.
- While the web interface is not responding, I still don't get a timeout. The page just seems to be loading
- After approx. 15 minutes (!), the web interface responds again, and I can use RuneAudio as if nothing happened.
With journalctl, I don't see any error messages. When I shut down my amplifier, I get this message:
