Tested it on RPI2B with IQAudio DigiAMP+. Could you add hardware unmuting if you pick IQaudIO PI-DAC+ for i2s kernel modules section on the settings page?

It's a broken experience for the casual or new user having to manually do these steps:

[root@iqaudio ~]# echo "22" > /sys/class/gpio/export
[root@iqaudio ~]# echo "out" > /sys/class/gpio/gpio22/direction
[root@iqaudio ~]# echo "1" > /sys/class/gpio/gpio22/value

So far really enjoying the password login as this device is being used in a shared network for web radio and airplay. Kudos for all the effort!

No, you don't!

But if you like to play music from network storage you need a separate network connection (ethernet).

You can use wlan0 and wlan1 together, but it can not be configured from Rune UI.
Manual configuration shouldn't be hard,

Frank

Thanks Frank :).

Rasberry Pi 2 and version 0.4b build 29feb2017

Problem with the Spotify interface. I can see the playlist and when I select a track no audio and fails to play. Read about changing audio interface to analogue and back. However, I only have my USB dac listed in the audio output interface, no other options in the drop down box.

Any suggestions most welcome.

Thanks

Hi Frank,
Thank You for the update.
Like a couple of other users, the screensaver feature where the UI changes to artist info and lyrics is not functioning reliably.
I have the latest 0.4 build, Raspberry Pi 3 and a Waveshare 5" HDMI display.
You did mention a few pages back it may be a touchscreen issue - do you have any further information or help?
The same thing happens on my local browser running chrome on a PC, which is definitely not a touchscreen!

Every 20 - 25 seconds the standard screen flicks to the 'artist info' screen for approximately 0.5 seconds, then back.
My main use is web radio, so I have left it alone. After 10 - 12 mins, I noticed the display was steady on 'artist info' screen.
A single touch returns the screen to standard but then the flicking starts again.

Is 20170229 the latest build for RuneAudio 0.4 beta?
I just get Allo Boss DAC and want to make sure that this build is compatible with the DAC.

"Allo Boss DAC" is supported with this image. It can be selected on the settings page.
