and i'm french

when i put hotspot wifi on my android device, i can connect to webgui from the ip who DHCP give me,

but when i put static ip,

what i need to put for i can connect to google chrome android to 192.168.1.69 for exemple ?

when i put

its connect fine to my android phone, but i cant connect to pannel with 192.168.1.69

I am not sure, but your IP address is on a different network from the gateway, which looks wrong. You are probably better off using DHCP. If that does not connect, check your router encryption setting is set to auto, not AES.
