Remove Volume Indicator When Volume Disabled

I would like to make a formal request for the Volume Control display to be removed from the UI when volume control is disabled.

If the space saved could be used for some larger control icons, that would be a bonus.

I would love to see this feature too, but if I remember there is no no for this
